Predictions thread...

Post by renman » Tue Sep 07, 2010 8:49 am

Last year I started a thread where I gave my opinions (and why) on many of the top players being drafted. I thought it would be interesting to see how right or wrong I was at the end of the season. I was right on some, wrong on others, but it ended up being an interesting read and others commented on it.

I still have another draft to go and I know others do as well. But I may start a thread like that again this year. I may outline the guys I was really high on this year and why, and the well known names I wanted to avoid and why. Maybe throw in biggest busts and sleepers of the year.

Everyone else is open to do the same thing if they wish.

I will definitely weigh in after my last draft tommorow. I will include strategy and guys I targeted and wanted to build my team around. will be fun to revisit this at end of year. I will state that I think the Bengals are Superbowl worthy this year.

Hey great thread. TO is T-Overated. With Ocho and Benson there don't expect much from this aging former star. He is being drafted on average in the 6th and 7th rounds!

Arian Foster is going to be a Superstar this year, he may even jump into the top 5 backs for 2011 by the end of this season.

Finally, as of today barring any injuries my Super Bowl prediction is Baltimore vs. Packers with the Packers taking the title, and that is hard for me to say as I am a Bears fan!

Arian Foster has become dramatically overrated after being severly underrated

GK, Wahoo, SS,

It will be interesting to revisit later in the year. I just finished my final online draft and will post my opinions (in similar format as GK did) on the players I targeted (and why) and the players I avoided (and why).

Only a day and a half away from kickoff...
