Ouch pulled early today because of a fumble. Ryan Moats comes in and picks up 126 yds rushing and 3 tds.

Slaton's sixth fumble of the year may have cost him his starting job.

Moats is the FAAB pickup of Week 9. REV up the FAAB engines.

Slaton will be back Week 9. I'm sure there will be a lot of spending on Moats this week, but Moats' totals today will be more than he will score the rest of the NFFC fantasy season combined, Week 9-13, including two week playoffs .
Projection 2010: Either winning my Classic LV/Chicago Dual League, or making it to the Catalina Wine Mixer.

How could the coach Kubiak do this to anyone.
He's set up for his best match up of the year and boom one fumble then GOD KUBIAK wants to make an example out of the kid. What a joke
just when Slaton was picking up his game.
I have Slaton in the main and this game hurt me.

It sucks that you have him (I got him in a few leagues, but no "biggies").

The fact is it isn't just because he fumbled today, it is his SIXTH lost fumble this season, and NOTHING gets you into the doghouse quicker than when you can't hang on to the football.

I'm sure Slaton will be back in the mix starting next week.

My guess is coach dealt a very clear message to Slaton today...

You fumble, you get benched...you don't fumble, you play.

It may be like that for the rest of the year, but I'd bet Slaton gets more carries than any other HOU rb next week...unless he fumbles in the first quarter again.

I would hazard to guess few if any in FFL circles benefitted from Moats. Can't really see him even being rostered in most circles yes?
