Right now I am in a league where I would finish as the 2nd highest scoring team in the league and the highest scoring team in the league also has the best record and I still don't make the playoffs ? How does this make any sense ?

If the top scoring team also has the best record because the system awards the highest scoring team 1st this sets up a loophole because now even though I have the 2nd highest scoring team I would not get in.

We really need to go to 4 playoff teams as I outlined in a different post.

If the best record got the 1st playoff spot then this would not be a problem since the highest remaining scoring team would get the spot.

record is so much about luck. I scored the most pts so far this week but ran into the 2nd most...and it happens over and over I am in 4-3 because of it.

So frustrating I tell you to go through an entire season and get shut out on technicality like that.

This isn't in the NFFC. If you think it is, I think you are reading the rules incorrectly.

Even in the on-line league, if your team finishes in the top 50 in total points you get in. "Any team outside of the top two in each league that finishes in the top 10 percent of the total number of teams (Top 30 if we finish with 300 total teams) also can earn a Wild Card spot in the Championship Round if they didn't earn a spot through their league finish."
