Tom,
Can you say a little something (on the MB) about each teams draft? I'm interested in your opinion. Thanks!

Man you guys are picky about these minor little things like names and locations. I'll get them taken care of. Thanks for the clarifications.
Gordon, I'll take a look at the drafts and try to give a rundown. I do know there were some interesting strategies I saw -- yours included.

Here's a quick overview of my thoughts on the draft:
Thompson: Had a choice to take another RB at the turn or go with a potential stud QB and a WR. He went with the latter. I probably would've gone QB/RB there for this league, but I'm a RB guy. I like Hasselbeck a lot and his top 3 WRs should be solid. Passing on a RB in the 2nd round put him a bit in a bind at that position - especially in a flex league. He'll need the WRs to carry this team.
Robertson: RBs with the first four picks and still got two solid QB options. That worked out very well. If Shipp and Duckett both get starting jobs, he has some serious depth. My one concern is that by hitting on RBs so heavy early he doesn't have a legit No. 1 WR. However, he has some guys who could hit big (Lelie being the obvious choice). He'll need them to do so.
Edelman: I was surprised to see Bryson go in the 8th round since he's on the outside looking in with the Detroit RB situation at the moment. Pittman in the 9th surprised me too, but I don't discount Pittman factoring into the offense in TB as the season goes on - especially if Garner gets nicked up again. I like his QBs a lot and since Manning's a stud, Delhomme will spend most of the season on his bench, but better there than on someone's active roster (never overlook the importance of keeping talented players away from your competition). If Bell starts, his RBs will be solid. If he doesn't, that's going to be a weak spot - even with Deuce being a sure-fire stud.
Morgan: He needs Dunn to come back healthy or his RBs will be a problem area. He went for Jenkins and Washington earlier than I probably would have and I'm not sure I would've taken a defense in the sixth round. I like McCareins a lot as a sleeper and if Lloyd emerges, his WRs will be solid.
Cushard: Three RBs with the first three picks. There's a drafter after my own heart. I'm not sold on McCardell as a No. 1 fantasy WR -- and I'm not even talking about the impact his holdout could have. I love Rogers this year and I think Streets is a major sleeper pick (he'll be huge in the Red Zone). I like Garcia more than a lot of folks this year. I have my doubts about Warner, but if he does come back, the QB position on this team will be deep.
Gekko: No QB until the 9th round? In a league that scores 6 points for a TD pass? You're a gambler, Gordon. I like that. I don't know if I would've taken Jackson and Alstott ahead of a QB or another WR, though. I definitely would've taken Onterrio Smith ahead of Alstott (and I think Alstott's a lock for 6-8 TDs this year if he's healthy). I like your WRs a lot -- Robinson's one of my prime bounceback players for this year. This strategy hinges on getting enough production from Leftwich and McCown. It's a gamble, but both guys could deliver.
Barto: Boston as a No. 1 WR would scare me big-time. Great potential, but that's huge risk. Of course this is a mock draft so it's a risk you can take. I love Jerry Porter this year, though, and Morgan could surprise too since there's less excitement around him this year. Drafting Vick means you need a solid backup QB and I'm not sure Boller's the answer. I would've taken Shipp or Buckhalter ahead of George, though. I think Eddie's running on fumes.
Crane: RB-RB-RB. I like it. Plus he still got a solid starting QB (Brady's bye is in Week 3, though, so you may have to scramble to get some points at that position if Manning's still on the bench). I like your WRs. Booker's a major sleeper this year and so is Branch. If Dayne actually shows something, you got good value with him in the 15th round.
Sidikman: RB-RB-RB again and two of them (Barber and Staley) are good receivers, which is a key factor in this league. I like your WRs too (keep an eye on Andre Davis as a sleeper this year). Very solid depth at QB. You were able to draft 3 solid QBs without compromising your depth anywhere else. That's very well done. Gates is a sleeper now at TE, but my guess is the cat will be totally out of that bag before the season starts.
Fisher: Passed on a RB in the first round, but still got decent depth at RB. If Hearst can at least start for awhile, you'll get solid production from him. I like your WRs (Hilliard's not appreciated enough by fantasy folks -- he's a productive WR when healthy, but that's the problem, he can't stay healthy for an entire year). You drafted 4 QBs, but only 1 of them is worth holding on to I'm afraid. Chandler obviously is the insurance for Bulger, but I don't like Carter much and Brees will be lucky to have a starting job for long.
Quitsch: You really need Suggs to win the starting job. If he doesn't your RB depth will be hurting - especially when Faulk gets hurt again. The flip side is you have some strong WRs (Engram in the last round of a league this big is a major steal in my opinion -- he's got the best hands on that team, he'll be solid).
Hammer: I'm a huge Barlow fan, so I'm not surprised to see him go in the first round. If Green wins the starting job and really has turned things around (big "if" there, though), your RB depth looks very good. Richie Anderson is a very nice guy to have in this league. That's a sweet pick in the 13th. I like your WRs too.
Nover: RB-RB-RB again and I like all three. I don't buy the Chris Perry hype, so I think Rudi will be fine and with Taylor and a possible sleeper in Jones, you're looking at very good production out of this position. Gannon's risky - even as a backup in a league this large, but Pennington should be good enough that you won't have to worry about a backup QB all that often. It's an even year so Moulds should be great again, right? (editorial comment: I had him in each of his last two "odd" years and he's killed me. I hate the guy ).
Magner: WR-WR-WR. Wow. Another gambler. McNabb in the fourth is SWEET in this league. But Brown and Foster are going to make or break this team. If both find a way to start or at least get meaningful carries, you'll be OK. If not, that's a black hole at a key position. Robinson and Bennett provide outstanding depth at WR, though. Daniel Graham in the last round looks like a major steal too.
That's it.
