Rob, you always do a great job with this data. You are an Excel master! :D Great job and if you keep this up all year long, I'll promise that Rocky will buy better pizza and provide more drink tickets in Chicago next year! :D Or you can just join me at the Flamingo and I'll buy all weekend long! :D

Thanks for the numbers. It's always fun to look at this stuff.

Awesome stats ~ thanx!

It is quite ironic how NY LEAGUE #9, which is the league I drafted in, is #1 in points scored after 2 weeks.

RI Workpuppy claimed at the end of the draft on these public boards how we were "junior high" kiddie drafters compared to him.

RI, looks like you have some competition this year, pal

one last thing to note - the stats show that K. Warner, a 4th round pick in NYLEAGUE#9 is outperforming Tom Brady.

:D

Okay, I'll give myself a beer tonight for doing the easy data:

Here are the draft slots (how many) for the top 32 teams after 3 weeks: Slot (how many)

1 (3)
2 (2)
3 (3)
4 (0)
5 (1)
6 (1)
7 (2)
8 (2)
9 (6)
10 (2)
11 (1)
12 (4)
13 (3)
14 (2)

It's interesting to note that nine of the top 32 teams are from the 12th, 13th and 14th draft spots, while the spot with the most Top 32 teams right now is 9th with six. The top three draft spots have eight qualifiers at this point, but all three of the No. 1 draft spots are ranked 29th through 32nd.

The top six teams overall drafted 9th, 9th, 10th, 3rd, 9th and 12th. It's still a long season, but these are interesting numbers through Week 3.

Greg,

Love reading stats like this. I find it very interesting. I think a lot of those teams who drafted 9th-12th who are on the top dodged the Lamont Jordan/Caddy Williams landmines and hit a home run with Westbrook or Rudi Johnson, or even Gore in the 3rd round. You can usually identify 3 or 4 players who are on most of the teams at the top...

Is it a good thing or bad thing that I am ranked highly and do not have any of the above mentioned players on my team? Not sure if this is good or bad...

Funny how this statement doesn't quite fit the conversation but somehow mentions the 3 week success of his team.

Somebody please throw renman a parade before he winds up on TV hugging Oprah.
