Where Would You Draft Vick?

He was last year's poster boy for fantasy football, but then came a gruesome leg injury which wiped out most of his 2003 season. So as we approach the 2004 campaign, where would you draft Michael Vick? We currently have him ranked fifth among the QBs. Is that too low, too high or just right? What do you guys think? We'd love to hear your thoughts about one of the game's most exciting players.
