From ESPN's Insider: After being turned down by Neil O'Donnell, the Giants appear to be turning their attention toward Kurt Warner, according to the New York Daily News. The Giants, who are seeking a veteran QB to tutor No. 1 draft pick Eli Manning, plan to meet with Warner in the next couple weeks. Warner, who is expected to be cut by the Rams after June 1, is looking for a chance to salvage his career. The the Giants could give Warner the chance to play right away while the team makes the transition to the Manning era. "It's a team that is looking for a quarterback," said Mark Bartelstein, Warner's agent. "We've certainly talked to them. Whether it will lead to anything is hard to say. The Giants are one of the teams I've had ongoing conversations with regarding Kurt's situation. They just drafted a quarterback who is going to be their franchise quarterback, there is no question about that. Kurt understands that. He understands you're not going to find the perfect situation in May or June."
