I just glanced at the championship brackett and it looks like ToppDog is in the lead with 1800 Go Deep needing about 30 out of Peterson and Longwell tonight to catch him. There may be somebody else with a chance but I didn't look any lower than that in the standings.

Who owns those teams - just curious.

Unless something beyond bizarre happens tonight, Team Strickler will win Primetime. We are in 2nd, but have no players remaining. Golden Tornado is 3rd and still has AP going tonight, but so does Strickler.

Bill had us by 30 going into this week and we both had McNabb, Welker, and Bironas. In an effort to try and make up points and go for the win, we benched McNabb for Eli. That move backfired and might cost us 2nd, but it was worth the effort.

The race for the $100,000 is real close. Troy Young is currently in first but is ahead of Cal Suer by fewer than five points and only ahead of Lou Tranqulli by a shade more than 13.

Troy, Cal and Lou are all done for the week and have nobody playing tonight. Mitko Koburov, the fourth-place team, has Ryan Longwell so he could move into the Top 3 with a solid showing by Longwell tonight.

The teams with the best shot to vault into first place are Will Robertson's fifth-place team and Steve Luzzi's sixth place team. Will is 28.89 points behind first place while Steve is 30.1 points behind. Both have Adrian Peterson and Longwell playing tonight.

Looks like 1800 go deep (Steve Luzzi) has just won the NFFC classic thanks to AP and his 2 TD/100+ yd performance.
