Only a moron would say a reasonable person could perceive no ambiguity in this situation.
You know, after 2 pages of discussion on the point it's hard for you to waltz in 2 days later and proclaim that there was never a debate in the first place.
Evidence dictates that there clearly WAS ambiguity, regardless of your OPINION on who is reasonable and who is not. Look forward to your response next week
