Worst Conduct EVER!

Thought you all might be interested in the conduct I witnessed at the OSU / Northwestern Football game last Saturday night.
He is the gist of a letter I sent to the NU President and to a few newspapers:
Last Saturday night I attended the Northwestern University versus The Ohio State University football game with my five-year-old son in Evanston, IL. The act I observed there by the NU student body goes beyond outrage. During the playing of the National Anthem 90% of those in attendance at the stadium either observed the moment in silence or sang along. However, the NU student section could clearly be heard chanting: “*expletive* You Ohio State, *expletive* You Ohio State, *expletive* You Ohio State.”
With numerous children in attendance this conduct was unacceptable at any point during the event. But for the NU students to chant this during the playing of our National Anthem is an act that is outside the boundaries of freedom of speech.
This is one of most classless acts I have ever observed. I have three children and NU will NEVER be an option for them when it comes time to select an institution of higher learning, nor will I ever attend another athletic event at NU’s facilities. The NU student body owes numerous people an apology for their actions, including the men and women currently engaged in combat overseas. I hope that the Administration of NU looks into this conduct and takes disciplinary action against those students that instigated the event.
