I hadn't noticed until now, but I'm curious why the DraftChampions' format doesn't include week 17. In head to head formats, I understand because the last week of NFL usually has some key players on the bench, but DraftMasters might be better off next year accumulating the entire season. Just a thought.

Week 17 should be left out in the Draft Champions for the same reason it is left out of the other leagues.

Interesting thought, Diesel. Yeah, my feeling was that your stars might get benched in Week 17 and it wouldn't be a fair evaluation of the top teams, but I understand what you're saying about the computer still picking the best scoring performance from each position. Still, if Priest Holmes was averaging 26 points per week and he gets benched for Week 17 and your next highest scoring RB scores 14, it wouldn't be fair to your team.
At this point, I'd agree with Mark that 16 weeks for the Draft Champions is the fairest determination for the league champion. Any other thoughts?

With all due respect to Otis Anderson, maybe have him or other celebrities play in a league instead of being a speaker. It was cool to see an ex-Giant speak on stage, being a Giants fan, but I'd rather have a shot at playing against him or any celebrity in a league...Just another thought...lol

Ottis was awesome! I got to ask the last question, so I threw this dandy at him:
"So...is it Ottis or OJ?"
His response?
"Well, I didn't kill nobody."
Absolutely classic.

What that capacity is remains to be seen, but he was genuinely interested and impressed with the event and the participants and he'd like to be involved as we go forward. So we'll see what happens.

And you're right, he was a great guy and a tremendous speaker. It was great having him in NY.
