What's going to happen with these leagues?

From looking at the signups, there's going to be a few people "left out" of this event. Can we get a few more people to sign up or is this wishful thinking?

Tom/Greg, will you attempt to merge DC owners from the NFFC into the NBC?
Or will you pull something out of your rear and get these leagues filled?

Unfortunately, most all of the Draft Champions have been cancelled. Between the NFFC and NBC, I had signed up for 7 Draft Champions and only 1 of them is actually going to go off. It has been very disappointing.

I am up for more, if they can be filled.

Hopefully, things will pick up next year.

The only team in NFFC Main Event history to win 11 games and not cash. :(

1683.8 pts. in 2009 is the record for a team with just 2 wins. Old record - 1479.95

With the Friday live DC drafts, I hope that the NY & Orlando events are combined by phone, rather than canceling both altogether. It would be better, obviously, if both leagues were full, but I'd rather draft by phone than not at all.

I also noticed that there appear to be some extra signups for the auction drafts, and am curious if Tom & Greg would try to patch 1 more Fri. auction draft together if some of the Fri DC"s are in jeopardy.

NBC DC will be tougher. We may have to limit that to one league, although we now have nine owners in Chicago alone. Give us a few more days to finalize these two.

Follow Me Mark, I'm as disappointed by the lack of DC Satellites as you are. Last year the DC's were all the rage and we couldn't offer enough of them. We had a hard corp group of NFFC veterans who did multiple DC Satellite Leagues and this year those same owners aren't doing as many sats. And it looks like we haven't been able to fill the void from others, either.

After a baseball satellite season in which we basically had to throw up the white flag because we couldn't handle any more leagues to a football season in which we'll see slightly fewer satellite leagues than last year, it is perplexing. But we'll try to condense the sat schedule next year and fill up more of the DC's that we're offering so that guys like you aren't disappointed.

We'll hope to combine the NY-ORL if possible and work on getting everyone into some NFFC event. We won't add anymore Friday auction leagues, but again will try to work with everyone to get them into some other type of league.

Follow Me Mark - just an FYI that we have new $125 and $150 DC leagues available on Sept. 2nd. They were added to the registration page yesterday. So if folks are looking to add a DC league after our event we have both a 14-team and 12-team option available.

[/QUOTE]Tom,

Unfortunately, I am already signed up for another draft, at another site, on Septemeber 2nd, that may or may not fill. I'll keep an eye on that one and these two. Hopefully, one of them will fill.

I'm free on September 1st and 3rd, of course, if anyone else wants to try on those dates.

Thank you,
Mark
