NBC Weeks 12/13 Tiebreaker?

In the NBC (12-team) leagues, 6 teams win and 6 teams lose in Weeks 12 and 13. Purely hypothetical, let's say an NBC league's 6th and 7th place team in a given week have identical scores. Do these teams get a tie, or is there a tiebreaker to determine the winner and loser?
