Next week will be the last week for this league. There will only be nominations so if you have any extra money to spend use it this week. If there was bidding next week then you could end up with more than 26 players and your roster and that can't happen.

I think we would still be doing nominations in the 3rd round.

If we want to do a slow auction next year I highly recommend the my fantasy league site for slow auctions. Each player nominates one player/day. If you don't make a nomination you lose $5 of your money so you are basically committed to logging on at least once daily for 26 days.

Players remain up for bid for 24 hours unless somebody outbids the highest bidder and then they automatically extend for another 24 hours. They great thing is that I could bid $38 on LT but the bid would start at $1. I match the next highest bid all of the way up to $38 without having to do anything. If nobody goes $39 within 24 hours then LT is mine. If somebody else goes $39 then the clock resets for another 24 hour period.

I'm doing one of these auctions now and it's a great setup. I highly recommend it. The other thing is that it is done in 26 days. This sounds like a great "May 2010" project to me.
