I signed up using the website...Typed in all of my info and paid with my credit card, a few weeks ago...Now I'm getting an email from Fanball Headquarters saying that I should give them my info again. That they never received anything. Do you have any idea what this is about? I never received anything from fanball before, so I'm not sure who I'm talking to. I replied to their email, telling them that I already paid for my event, but never got anything back.
