What happens if a team doesn't set a lineup?

In satellite leagues where teams have not yet set their lineups, what happens when they try set their starting lineup?

Right now, these entire rosters are active and the score is a total combined score. They can't possibly be able to keep active a player from yesterday's game, can they?

The people who played are locked in. If he has Brees/Favre or some combo like that one would think it would lock in by draft order.
