I guess our expectations are a little different. did you tell your teachers in school that if you didn't get an A or B (in the money), to give you an F (poor)?

), but by my standards, a C-F IS poor. If you don't have anything "to show" for your season, it is a poor job IMO. That analogy by the way (ASKING for an F), is an AWFUL comparison!

Is this REALLY that difficult to understand? I can use smaller words if it helps!

so you are okay with deeming your own work as "poor", but willing to accept a non-poor grade? something doesn't sound right mr waz. i would have thought that an ethical mr waz would have ASKED to be graded accordingly.

i guess we have different expectations

Didn't think so.

By that logic, your team was clearly not the best for 13 weeks (the regular season), so maybe you should send Team NEW a chunk of your $100,000? :rolleyes:

That all being said, I have done the "best work at my job" in a group of people, yet i feel I can ALWAYS do better.

Again, our expectations are just different (as you admitted earlier).
