disappointing - yes
poor - no
I guess we will agree to disagree. If I don't get "in the money", I feel that is a "POOR" job.
I guess our expectations are a little different.

I guess our expectations are a little different. did you tell your teachers in school that if you didn't get an A or B (in the money), to give you an F (poor)?
No (why would I ASK for an F? ), but by my standards, a C-F IS poor. If you don't have anything "to show" for your season, it is a poor job IMO. That analogy by the way (ASKING for an F), is an AWFUL comparison!

Is this REALLY that difficult to understand? I can use smaller words if it helps! ;)

That being said, my wife is out with my stepdaughter right now, so I can say that. :D ;)

Is this REALLY that difficult to understand? i guess we have different expectations
Not about ethics at all. If someone offered you a $10,000 raise, would you say "no"?

Didn't think so.

By that logic, your team was clearly not the best for 13 weeks (the regular season), so maybe you should send Team NEW a chunk of your $100,000?

That all being said, I have done the "best work at my job" in a group of people, yet i feel I can ALWAYS do better.

Again, our expectations are just different (as you admitted earlier).
