I have emailed Mike twice and called him once and left a voicemail. I assume something has come up and he can't respond. Should we:

1. Go ahead with 13 players and have Mike nominate two players next week?

2. Skip Mike and have somebody else nominate anothere player and just have Mike nominate 2 next week?

3. Pick the highest ranked player (which is subjective) and nominate that player for Mike?

I don't really care but we just need to make a decision prior to the start of bidding.

Thoughts?
