Yep...only 4 more picks and then we are waiting ONE MONTH!!!!
I will go ahead and wait 24 hours to spread this out and bridge that gap.

I'm not happy with my team, therefor I will have to go by the rule that state's.
Draft will start Midnight after the Super Bowl.
So thanks for the practice.

I also liked the idea of a DC auction held over the course of several months. This is just a thought but it could look something like this.
Each player nominates a player to be auctioned off that week. (Having 14 players auctioned/week.)
You have the week to bid on each player with the highest bidder winning. There would be a deadline of say Friday at 10 pm.
On Saturday and Sunday players would submit a player to be auctioned off the following week. It would be based on turn order so if there was a duplicate then perhaps each player would submit some alternates as well.
Bidding would begin on Monday and end on the following Friday. This format would take 26 weeks from start to finish.
Jack Haan did an auction like this last year and said it was a blast. This would keep the league going the entire time without having to break for 3-4 weeks at a time.
Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, the panic run on QBs doesn't help me at all. I am locked into taking a RB and after Bush at 4.3 the only team I expected to take a RB was Route C.
Of course, I needed him to take someone other than Kevin Smith.
In addition, the last WR I would have considered here, should have been gone, and now I not only have to take a RB I don't want, I have to pass on a WR I would like.
I'm going to swing for the fences and hope that with Herm gone and a new GM that Larry Johnson will be either happy or playing someplace else.
I am not going to really stretch it and hope that he'll be healthy.
Pick 4.11 is Larry Johnson.

Starting a few days early or late, to accommodate someone's work/travel/vacation schedule, would be OK, but otherwise, I think we need to stick with the plan.
Sorry,
