I was wondering the same thing.
Is the deadline 5 minutes before the Sunday games, therefore 12:55?
What happens if you have players who are playing at 4pm, 830 or on Monday night?
There are several game time decisions and teams having a lot of players playing after 1pm maybe at a disadvantage should they have players who are "questionable"

It's 5 minutes before the start of your player's game.
