Draft Championship Rules - Need Clarification

Seeking clarification for the NFFC Draft Champions National Championship rules.

Paragraph #1 states year-long competition followed by points for Week 1 through Week 16. Does this mean Week 17 points are excluded?

Paragraph #17 talks about tie-breakers after Week 13. How does this work?

And the "Overall Standings" tab under Standings is currently laid out to display standings through Week 13 only.

Draft Champions is a total points league through Week 16. All NFFC competitions end after Week 16.

I'll correct Paragraph #17 for this contest. Thanks for the heads up. There are no tie-breakers after Week 13 in the Draft Champions League.
