Jimmy Graham TE or WR

If Jimmy Graham wins his arbitration will he be a WR? Will that mean he will be switched from a TE to a WR within Stats? This is a big possible liability for drafting him. I need to know before my cutline draft tonight. Thanks!

He'll remain a TE this season. He will not gain new eligibility.
