Just a heads up regarding an alternative to staying at the Flamingo. The Imperial Palace is next door, and has $44 weekday and $94 weekend rooms available if you book @ their website. Make sure you stay in the tower however, as the "motel" rooms are waaay in the back and appear to be cleaned just a little more often than Gordo makes his weekly tricks-turned quota. You won't confuse the IP with the Ritz Carlton, but it's serviceable. And the location can't be beat. The 2 other cheap strip hotels, Boardwalk and New Frontier are not as nice, further away and more expensive for Labor Day weekend. www.imperialpalace.com

Team Gekko will be staying for free. We'll get plastered every night and crash under the tower at Paris.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

Oh you will be getting "plastered" alright, but didn't you mean a towering p***s?
