Draft Facilitator Standards

Greg, During the baseball draft I found that the
draft facilitators could make a world of difference in the enjoyment of the draft. During the Auction draft there were two facilitators both out going making it fun and keeping the draft moving at a good pace. My stright draft had one facilitator who didn't seem into it. I hope that there at least two for every football draft and they enjoy doing it. Also No newbie facilitators for the auction drafts. Just my thoughts.

I hear ya John and we'll do all we can to find the right draft facilitators for football. Our two Auctioneers in Las Vegas knew what they were doing and ran them smoothly and I think we'll be fine for both the Draft Masters Leagues and the Auction Leagues in every city. I think we found ourselves short-handed a bit in baseball in Las Vegas when some facilitators didn't show up and it forced us to scramble a bit unfortunately. We hope to get the right people running those leagues this time around and make sure each person running the clock and calling out the picks is doing the exact same thing.

Thanks for the comments because I know what you mean.
