Greg, I see that there are only 8 people total signed up for the DraftChampions in NY/Chicago...If we have 14 combined, and don't have a lot of inquiries about this format, do you close the league and combine the 2 cities again? I would hate for one city to fill up, and leave a few guys without a DraftMasters to play because their City didn't fill up in time. I'm signed up in N.Y. and would hate to not play, and have other guys sign up later than me and fill a Chicago league later on, that could have been combined. ?

Hopefully Diesel, some people get moving here and we fill up both leagues by themselves.
It wouldn't be good for you if we combined them, as I am one of the guys in Chicago!

We'll keep the signups open for both cities as I'm confident we'll fill at least one in New York and Chicago. We already have 10 signups in Las Vegas and should get more there as well. If we need to combine anything, we'll make those last minute decisions. We'll get all of you early signups in a full 14-team league, so hang tight. We're well ahead of last year's pace, that's for sure, and the pre-season magazines and promotions are just hitting. This will be a VERY good year for us.

Thanks Greg. I've been looking forward to the Draftmasters and Auction since it ended last season...lol...It's good to know you'll make sure we play one way or another.

I lost 3rd place money last season by 25 points. And had ZERO points from my tightends ALL YEAR. This year, I am coming back with a mission. Or should I say, MI$$ION... I'm going solo this year, and going soley with my gut on every pick, and at 235 pounds, my gut is a lot to go with...LMAO.

As far as TE's go ... yea ... Gates helped us a little last year.

At 350 lbs, your gut AND butt trumps mine!
I won't be stuck with Kleinsasser and Byron Chamberlain again this season, and I promise not to boast if I'm tearing it up, but I'm ready to draft today. Let's do it! I love this time of year, because every one of us die hards KNOW that it's our year to win again...lol

BillyWaz, it's going to be interesting matching wits with you this season as we were able to break even with Team GEKKO in Vegas last year losing to him in the Main Event, finishing ahead of him in the GEKKO Invitational, and finishing pretty much even in the Draft Champions. You had better bring your "A" game this year as a year of national competition under our belts is only going to make us more formidable this year. A year of studying Team GEKKO will pay off.

My "A" game will definitely be there, as I certainly didn't bring it last year in the auction (Charles Rogers getting hurt in Week one didn't help), but managed to finish 3rd in overall points, and my Koren Robinson pick in round 4 of the main event still didn't hold me back from taking down NY6.
Look forward to competing against you and the other "gurus". Are you up for hold em' Friday night after the draft?

Hey Rick it's good to see you back on the board. Hopefully you'll be able to join us after the draft Friday night. We'll all have a good laugh about how much BWazz spent on Ricky Williams.
