When do rosters lock?

My understanding is you can change your current weeks roster after the Thursday game excluding any players used on Thursday. Can you cut a Thursday player Friday morning of the same week? Can you replace a Monday player with a different Monday player on Monday morning? There are two MOnday night games this week. What about Saturday games late in the season.

You can change your rosters five minutes before the game in which that player is playing. For tonight's game, you must Activate each player you want in your lineup if they play for the Dolphins or Steelers and then they are locked for the week. For anyone not playing tonight, you have until Sunday, five minutes before the first game to start anyone playing in those games. Once you Activate them, they are locked into your starting lineup. If you have two WRs playing on Monday night and one open spot in your starting lineup, you have until five minutes before the MNF game to decide on your starter.

The only other Thursday game this year is on Thanksgiving and we run FAAB early that week.
