Greg or Tom,

I know the free agent deadline for the Main is 9:00 EST (great change by the way!), but in the satellite rules, it still says 4:00 EST (like last year).

Is EVERY NFFC league 9:00 EST??

Good catch Billy. I just e-mailed STATS to make that change.

Thanks Tom, I figure it was consistent, but just wanted to make sure.

When is the first free agent bidding period?
Before Thursday's game (Wed PM) or the weekend's games?

In regards to free agency deadline on Friday:

I noticed the rules said 3pm EST but are you saying the weekly free agent deadline is 9pm EST instead?? for satellite leagues and nffc main event leagues??

Next year, I'd like to change this to before Week 1 for just the satellite leagues as some of those draft in July and early August. Injuries to kickers and other players make it tough for those satellite league teams not to have a free agent pickup before the season starts. Someone remind me of this next year when we display the rules and I'll change that just for the satellite leagues.

I will still keep the first FAAB pickup for the live events AFTER Week 1. No pre-season games are held between Draft Day and Opening Week, so the need isn't there for those teams and rosters are still being finalized during the week.

[/QUOTE]Just thought i'd point out that it still says "4 pm EST Friday" when clicking the "NFFC Satellite Rules" link on the main page
