Co-manager question

Does my co-manager use my log in to access our team, or does he create his own log in and I ask Greg or Tom to allow him to access our squad?
Does my co-manager use my log in to access our team, or does he create his own log in and I ask Greg or Tom to allow him to access our squad? Your co-manager will have his own unique login and password. Greg or Tom could easily set this up and knowing them it will be done by tomorrow
