The Steelers practiced on Tuesday, but Willie Parker was not a full participant??? Anyone know if he's hurt, or if he's just starting to wear down?
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

The starters were pretty much given the day off, as it was originally scheduled.

Probably the fact they have a bye this week too...

I would think this would make Najeh Davnport even more valuable than he already is after his SUPER game on Sunday.
I can't imagine anyone dropping him, but if he is available, I would definitely go get him!
He is one Willie Parker hit away from stardom, and even when Willie plays, he has shown to be the productive goalline back.

Was it you snake? You must have a better roster than I thought.

This reminds me a bit of my Fargas dropping (he blew up the week I dropped him- but I doubt he will be useful the rest of the way with Jordan OK and Rhoades returning this week), BUT Davenport had done well in mop up work and is clearly the goal line guy!
It is understood that you had injuries and had to manuever on the WW, but the question is why keep a 3RD string RB in Gado over him? Houston can't run the ball well, and Pittsburgh has ALWAYS run the football well!

WOW! Davenport was dropped and Gado was kept!!!
I wouldn't say the wheels are falling off, but that was worthy of a flat tire.
The only reason I mention it was that Sanke was giving billy a lot of shitt about dropping fargas and young. Now snake drops davenpooper!!!!! Karma-don't ya love it!

I am honestly just trying to see his logic of keeping a 3rd string RB over a RB who not only gets the goal line, but is the backup on one of the best running teams in the NFL! If it was a foolish mistake, I certainly can relate with my Selvin Young dropping.
As for me, I would drop Fargas again in a second.
Young was a foolish mistake on my part. I'm hoping it doesn't come back to get me, but that is just me being optimistic. Lesson learned.
