People are forgetting that Mike Tice is the offensive line coach in Jacksonville and is definitely an influence as to how the RBs are used. Thus the illogical unpredictability in the running game there.

Nag is right on here. That hire was pure cronyism and as an organization you really
want Mike Tice to burn his cerebral juices for the other side (remember the "Randy Ratio"?)
