NFFC Satellite question

According to how I read the rules,the $125 (Non DC) sats. are total points through 16 weeks (no head to head)...The $250 and higher are head to head for 13 weeks and then the top 4 making the playoffs for weeks 14-16. Just wondering if thats correct.
