Thanks Yeah, Labor Day 2009 is like Sept. 7th and we have the Flamingo booked already for that weekend and the New York Sheraton Hotel & Towers booked. I think our draft days are Sept. 4-6. We're working ahead in 2009 and we are either returning to the Oakbrook Marriott or the Rosemont Convention Center for Chicago. We do not have a fourth city finalized, but we are looking in the Dallas and Atlanta areas, with an eye at New Orleans (YIKES!!!). :D Stay tuned.

IMHO, the Oakbrook Marriot was better for Chitown.

Great location though maybe the new Horseshoe Casino could be worth a look across the border in Indiana? Best poker room in the area.

Although I wasnt there, I heard that the Oakbrook Marriot was much better than the Convention Center.

I love New Orleans, but you'll be asking yourself how you could've been so foolish when Hurricane "insert-name-here" ruins your contest.

Greg,

Why not just go with 3 cities(sites) for 2009? Texas,NO and Atanta, do You think the 4th city(site) is worth it? But I would not do NO over say Texas or Atlanta. But again money wise it would make sence to just go with 3 sites.

[/QUOTE]We would return to the Oakbrook Marriott every year if we could, but the space was taken this year and it's on tentative hold now. But either way, the Marriott or the Convention Center ballroom will be a better setup for Chicago than what we had this year.
