It appears Ernest Wilford (Mia) is converting to TE from WR.

Will he be eligible for us as a TE? Does he need to appear in a couple of games for postion eligiblity like baseball?

I didn't see this covered in the rules and I realize this may be an isolated case.
Just wondering.

He would be WR eligible. We'd have to see that he was a fulltime TE for a few games before giving him any dual eligibility. Hope this helps.
