mr x and jersey doggy - i recommend one of you go manning and gates and the other one go WR-WR. that should put both of you in the playoffs, shouldn't it?

Never gonna happen - we're going Gates/WR or Manning/WR.

Gordon - Quite honestly, if I want to have a shot at winning $100K it might involve some of the thoughts you've thrown out there in jest. Certain players will have the opportunity and ability to make up for the 120 point drop at RB the top 3 can produce over the guys left when I get to pick at 13. Maybe, just maybe, I need to take a chance and throw the dice on some out of the box combination of players. Maybe not if guys before me screw up a bit. I'm still working the numbers.

I might already be dead money.

Gordon - Nice finally meeting you. You're a stand-up guy and if I don't win the league (which is likely after my WR/WR fiasco) then I'll be rooting for your team.

Best of luck to both of us.

Gordon - Did you pass on RB's on purpose or was that the way the draft flowed? I made the WR/WR mistake and maybe it could have worked if Steve Smith didn't get messed up again, but I sure do wish I had gone RB/RB right about now. Willie Parker at 1.13 and Westbrook at 2.2 would feel better than Jamal Lewis and Mike Bell right about now. Especially since I could have had Plaxico and Ward at 3.13 and 4.2 - Can we have a "do over"?

pass on rb's on purpose? pete, i was drunk before i walked in the draft room. my bad. can't blame anyone but myself. couldn't you tell i was out of it when i tried to take j.jones at the end of the 4th round (and he was already taken)? :D

main event team bites. i was sober for the auction and DC so i expect some nice things in those leagues.

also, since i can't back up my talk in the main event this year with that weakass squad i got, i'm shutt'n my MB trap (maybe for the remainder of the year). lesson learned. thanks.
