The debut NFFC $25 Draft Champions League is open for business. These private leagues consist of 12 teams, 30 rounds in a serpentine format. Remember that there is no KDS or 3RR in these drafts and the computer will pick the random draft order the morning after the league fills. You will receive an email with the draft order and we will start this draft at 1 pm ET. These are optimal scoring leagues for 16 weeks, so your job is done after Draft Day.

These drafts allow 8 hours per pick, but our goal is to get through 2-3 rounds per day. At that pace, this 30-round draft should be done in two weeks or less. Please be diligent when you are on the clock and have players in your Que ready to be drafted. If everyone stays diligent and makes picks in a timely fashion we can all have fun and complete these in good fashion. Enjoy the league chat room as well and get to know your team league mates during this time.

After the draft is done, your work is done. The team with the most points after Week 16 will win the league title and the $200 league prize. Second place earns $50. Good luck and enjoy.

New players, please check out our Draft Champions Etiquette post for ways to ensure the drafts run smoothly:

Is there a reason we have to wait more than 24-hours to start this draft, especially with no KDS setting time needed?

It's 26 hours before the start of the draft right now and all owners have been notified the league is set -- can't it be overridden to start today at 1pm ET?

This is how STATS set everything up for us. However, we plan to implement changes beginning next year when we no longer are working with STATS that will enable all 4-hour and 8-hour Draft Champion leagues to begin much sooner after they sell out. Sorry we can't do that now but it is a change our programmers already have in place for next year.
