How about this as the solution. On Nov 9 when the game is played just have those stats count for week 2. We are still in the regular season of fantasy football. No one gets penalized because the NFL rescheduled a game after the free agent period ended. What do you guys think?

Initially I thought the same thing, but the problem is that a lot changes in 8 weeks. The guy who has a stacked team in week #2 gets hit with a few injuries and now is playing your team who got better.
That's not fair the other way.

It takes a great person to be truly humble, and a humble person to be truly great.

Im sure if we can put a guy on the moon then they can figure out how to put the stats from Nov 9th for week 2. I know alot could happen with those players in 8 weeks. You dont have to play them this week if your affraid of that but this protects teams that only have Baltimore Defense who's bye week was week 10. Or teams that have Schaub and Rosenhaul etc. Open uup free agency then. Post it on the main page of the site and send out a blast email. Do something for us who paid alot of money to play in these leagues. Taking a zero is unacceptable. Agreed?

Why override the NFL ... and how do you do it without screwing someone over?
If I drafted a player that gets a drug suspension for week 6 ... do I get his points for week 7 to count towards week 6 because the NFL can't suspend a player just to penalize my FF Team?
Also the week 10 game that move to week 8 ... are we going to count that in week 10 too. Might effect bye weeks and starters. Can I play a Cin player in week 8 ... cut him week 9 ... count him in week 10 without taking up a roster spot? just can't open up that can of worms.
It's funny how a bunch of people saw this possibility coming and took appropriate measures ... and a bunch didn't and they want the NFFC to override the NFL to make up for their failure to prepare for this. I have Slaton and Walter and now have to play V Davis and Michael Jenkins in their place ... how do you make amends for that?

Ugly What a great post... I'll add that many decisions are based on your record. How could anyone effectively manage their team with a possible change of a Week 2 result in Week 10?
