WESTBROOK- PART TWO

Time to crush up the Tums and mix it with the Pepto!

Brian Westbrook-RB- Eagles Sep. 20 - 4:41 pm et

Brian Westbrook missed practice again Thursday after having his strained knee re-examined on Wednesday afternoon.

The NFL Network's Adam Schefter reported that the injury isn't believed to be serious, but Westbrook was not in pads Thursday. If he doesn't practice Friday, Westbrook could be in danger of missing Week 3. "That's a day to day situation," offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg said. "We'll see."

Not serious just went to "We'll see"

Does "we'll see" mean "we'll see him in the game or on the sidelines?......

"We'll see!"

"We'll see!" LMAO ... although ... as a guy who has him on both my main teams ... I don't think this is funny at all!

Westy had a "bad knee" all last year and only missed one game. As Alan Iverson once said, "We're talkin' bout practice...Practice man...practice."

I haven't watched the NBA since Patrick Ewing missed that finger-roll layup in the playoffs. I can't even remember what year that was.

[/QUOTE]Me neither...lol

I think that was in 1994 versus the Houston Rockets in the NBA Finals. Knicks shoulda won that series....

but more importantly, that year the NY Rangers won the Cup. :D

Actually my buddy tells me the Ewing finger roll layup miss was in 1995 vs the Pacers in game 6. I stand corrected.

Ewing guaranteed a win in game 6 to force a game 7.....unfortunately the orange ball rimmed out

My reference in 1994 was i think john starks missing an easy shot or ten that cost the knicks the championship trophy
