Thanks for the information and additional updates. Good to see Tony and Chad have been working hard behind the scenes and hopefully there's movement afoot to try and provide restitution for those who were harmed by WCOFF. Hopefully, something good comes from all of this mess.

This case seems to be tailor made for the lawyers, seems to be a "slam dunk" for the plaintiffs, only ? is whether or not there is any money remaining. I can't imigine that the WCOFF managed to lose or spend all of it.

hell they probably sold all assets they could sell and put that money in thier bank account as well

sucks for all owed money.

I just got a phone call from attourney general office in Missouri asking me about the $ owed to me and a few other questions. She said they are actively investigating this....
