I still think you're wrong.
Because it would be stupid if that is really true.....
And I'll say it again. In WCOFF the flex spot is just a place to put a player. Not a locked spot.....SIMPLE.

Because it would be stupid if that is really true.....i think it's stupid to have random draft slot selection, but (to date) that's the case.

The WCOFF does not "lock" a flex player as a Flex. They simply play a position.
THAT FILLS THE FLEX SPOT
I don't need any LESSONS. Thanks.
I NEED the lineup submission to be FLEXIBLE.
Greg will fix it I'm sure.
Show me where it says that flex spot is LOCKED as a position.....
And that poition is then FILLED w/o change based on game start times!
Absurd.
5. Starting Lineup Requirements: Starting lineups will consist of:
1 Quarterback
2 Running Backs
3 Wide Receivers
1 Tight End
1 Flex Player (RB, WR or TE)
1 Kicker
1 Team Defense/Specials Team
3' I am not going to argue what would be ideal or what you want ... I am arguing what IS! This is no different than Yahoo (done the same way). The WCOFF may do it differently ... as does the CBS sports line ... or some other site ... but they all have differences.
I thought you might learn ... that when you make an assumption ... that all leagues have the same rules ... or run on the same stat's software as the WCOFF ... you might get burned by that assumption. But I am obviously wrong ... you just might not learn from this mistake afterall. So ... you might not be any smarter ... that's your problem and it will cost you again down the line somewhere (Is that what you wanted to hear?).

UYT The man asked for help at the begginning of the thread and then had some difficulties accepting some of the facts. Is that a green light for you to tell him to be "smater next time" or "I thought you might learn"? I must missed where 3intboy insulted or attacked you for you to come out and basically call him "dumb"? Very gekkolike and totally uncalled for.

Alright.
I'll do it this way.
We have the option to put guys in up to the time the game starts.
It doesn't say anywhere you are filling one of the 6 spots 2 RBs 3 WR's and Flex that are locked in that starting poition. EVEN if the game has been played.
So, I should have had the little box that in next to Chambers name where WR/RB?TE is listed LIVE until the OTHER spots are locked.
I should not be forced to fill a Flex spot. Simply because of a comp. inability. Makes no sense whatsovever.
I should have been able to reset my lineup with the available players and positions in games still unplayed. I should be able to move Chambers to WR and insert a player who would complete my starting lineup.
There is nothing wrong, illegal, unfair or clandestine about having that ability. It is just the opposite. I am meeting my lineup requirement.
If this sticks, my team that had players available was penalized because of the computer?
That is not at all right. And anyone who accepts that as "the way it is" is not seeing the big picture.
GG-It's nothing like your Draft Spots deal. It's a computer correction.

Gekko stated in a post after he had won where people will always be asking"why does Gekko make the playoffs EVERY year?" I laughed at that, because it is difficult for ANYONE to have 2 GREAT years in a row.
I have disagreed and argued with Gekko on MANY topics. I find it hilarious that you blame others for jumping on 3 INT boy, when you are ALWAYS there to jump on Gekko (hello Pot... your black!!!! )
I think Gekko is right. You are just bitter because you have lost more $$ than you have won.
Maybe you should take up chess or something!

[/QUOTE]GG- I really think less and less of you the more you answer. You have a really impressive knack for ignoring ever response, and just answering in bits and pieces that make you feel strong.
I have simply set a lineup. No regard for who was a FLEX player.
You are able to start:
2RBs
3WRs and
a player that will be your FLEX player.
That is a WR TE RB.
I'll say it again.
The Flex player is not a POSITION it is part of a starting lineup that meets the league requirement.
It should NOT be locked as a position, it should be locked after all games/options to fill the 2RB 3WR AND Flex are exhausted.
