July 15 12-Team NFFC $60 Is SOLD OUT
We've added a 12-team option for the NFFC $60 for July 15 at 9 p.m. EST. We'll add more as we go along but let's focus on that one for now. The format will be the same as the 14-team version - Draft Champions format with 30 rounds. Here is what we were thinking in terms of the prize payouts:
1st - $420
2nd - $120
3rd - $35
We're open to suggestions if people would like to see a different prize structure. Let us know what you think.
OK, who wants to take part in our first 12-team NFFC 60? Sign up on the registration or post your interest here and we'll fill this baby up.

Tom, any chance of making this a 10 pm ET start? If you can sign me up otherwise I can't do it due to work.
Also, since this is only a 12 team league why not make the prize structure for only the top 2 slots?

Tom ill take a spot in this League also now that I notice my buddy JD is in it .
I was going to say that being in so many leagues, for me I like to look for leagues that give back the league fee for third place whenever possible. When you play in lots of leagues the 2nd and 3rd place prize money adds up and can be helpful as far as adding to profit or getting even for the year when all is said and done.
I'd even like something like this.
1st 410
2nd 120
3rd 60
or something close to that..since you do offer winner take all leagues it would be nice to see a structure like this in a pay 3...but whatever you come up with I'm good to go..
Being owed four figures STILL by the WCOFF is really making me count every buck in these FF leagues now. I'm sticking with these small fee leagues until i see what happens with my money over there because if i do get beat Im thinking of quitting High Stakes FF. I'm that upset about the situation and trust me you have no idea how much it hurts to even type that never mind be considering it. I love this hobby like no other but whats going on over there is taking the heart right out of me.
I will for sure only be playing at sites I'm 99.999 % sure I will get paid if i win and the NFFC is one of the few places I will play at this year.
I thank Tom and Greg for being honest and trustworthy and giving me a place to play where Im sure Ill get paid if I win money. Now a days sadly those things are hard to find in this business. There is no worse feeling than playing FF and not being sure you will get paid if you win. I really appreciate not having that feeling while playing here and thank you guys for it.

Chicago I wouldn't mind a 10:00 PM start
I think third place either needs to be 60 or zero, 1st could be adjusted either way accordingly.

This one will be a 9 p.m. EST start. We'll add more with starting times at 10. No problem there. As far as the prize payout, we can remove third place and just pay out the top two spots if that's what people want. Let us know and we'll finalize that next week.
And thanks for the kind words, Don. They are much appreciated. We have paid our prizes every year for all of our events and there is no reason for anyone to be concerned about that - especially now that we're backed by a large company. Keep the signups coming and you can place your trust that not only will you enjoy our games but you'll get your prize winnings if you earn them.
