I know it was done due to the economy, but you can continue to increase the event feel by doing away with the Phone option. We lost alot of the luster in Vegas having people using the Phone option instead of traveling. Not sure if it was mentioned in these 9 pages, but it was discussed in Vegas between Greg, myself, Mark Moyer and a few others that Phone players should pay extra to use that option. Why do we pay as much as a guy who saves all his money sitting at home? Again, I know it was used to continue to grow in this economy, but a change to that option needs to be made.
Lastly, sorry Jules for disrupting your draft. I honestly had no idea that it bothered and am truly and genuinely sorry for stopping by to say kudos for being one "expert" who follows her rankings and took Chris Johnson at 6 and Rivers in round 3 as you pimped on Fantasy Freakin Football. Mike and I were supposed to facilitate and it didn't happen so we were allowed to hang out and observe and just had to stop by and see what your draft looked like. Again, sorry and I may not have been the only one, but it was a mistake and won't do it again.

I think paying extra for the phone call in's is brillant. If you dont come then pay an extra 100 and put it in to a great buffet.Im not kidding great idea and if i couldnt make it for what ever reason i think paying an extra 100 is nothing, hell ild pay 200 if it was my only way in.

I'm not sure that is a good business decision to ask people to pay an extra $100, when most of them are already trying to save money by doing the phone option.
There is no way I would pay an events fee for using the phone to draft.

Craig Oh, Craig, I wasn't referring to you!! I don't mind a quick hi and such, really. Truthfully, the person that really bugged I had never met before. And lesson learned on my part, next time I'll try to politely say "I'm trying to concentrate" or something like that so I don't seem like too much of an a-hole.

Sorry Russ, but why should Mark Moyer pay for a flight to Vegas or Ny or where ever he is headed and pay the same as you to sit at home? So he pays 1350, plus 500 for travel and you can't pony up extra to sit at home? It would go a long way to making it an event again as we all discussed earlier. Anyway, just two cents being provided here....

Why do some people go on vacation while others stay home? It's their choice.
My input is just coming from the viewpoint of a phone drafter. I've traveled or intended to travel all 3 years with the NFFC to draft.
Just trying to make sure all sides are considered here.
