We now have a magical number of 50 teams who are now competing in both the NFFC Classic and NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main events as both Jon Clift of Lees Summitt, Missouri and Lonny Graves of Columbus, Missouri committed tonight to both events in Las Vegas. That's pretty amazing that so many teams have already signed up for both main events, with the bonus prize still to be announced soon. Welcome back guys for a fifth straight season and thanks so much for all your support over the years. I'll see both of you in Las Vegas and best of luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes.

We have two more owners who have added the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main event to their weekend of fun in Las Vegas and will now be competing in the ultimate fantasy football doubleheader at the Flamingo. That brings us up to 54 owners who are competing in both events. Let's give it up for John Fousek of Rapid City, South Dakota as he joined the NFFC Classic over the weekend and now added the NFFC Primetime main event today. Also, Scott Wieland of Madison, Wisconsin is an NFFC veteran who was already in the NFFC Classic main event and will now be adding the NFFC Primetime main event. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes, both $5,000 league prizes and our special bonus prize.

I figured it was just a matter of time before Rick Hart of Jupiter, Florida jumped into both main event leagues and today he did just that. Rick and co-manager Gerard Sambola have been original NFFC members since 2004 and today they joined the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main event as well. Gerard always liked the 12-team format better and told me to change the NFFC to that format from Day One!!! :D Now we have the best of both worlds, Gerard, and besides, you guys are pretty damn good at this 14-team format. Welcome aboard Tamuscarecrow and good luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes and both $5,000 league prizes.

This list keeps getting longer and more impressive each day as we welcome yet another defending NFFC Classic league champ to the second main event. Jeff Black of Kensington, Maryland led his TEXAS FLOOD team to the league title in New York League 9 -- his first season in the NFFC as he was our final signup of 2007 -- and then finished 9th overall in the Championship Round. He was already signed up for the NFFC Classic main event in New York and now he's adding the NFFC Primetime main event as well. Welcome aboard Jeff and best of luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes and both $5,000 league prizes.
