Who Is Competing In Both Main Events?

Silas Dain of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is also coming to the NFFC in 2008 with the hope of catching lightening in a bottle and winning $1 million. Silas is selling a house, buying a new house, getting hitched and all kinds of other things, but he still has time to join us for both main events in Las Vegas this year. Great stuff Silas, so best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prizes and the $1 million bonus.

Adam Miller and Julian Curry of New York City are good buddies who have been in the NFFC as original members since 2004, each with separate main event teams. This year they are ready to jump into both main events and compete for the $100,000 grand prizes and the $1 million bonus separately. I love the enthusiasm and with any luck we'll get Julian up to the podium before the festivities for something special.

Let's add two more names to the list of owners who are in both NBC Sports NFFC main events and eligible for the $1 million bonus. Jeff Edwards and Mervyn Braude of Scottsdale, Arizona are past NFFC league champs who were already signed up for the NFFC Classic League and now they're adding the Primetime championship to their weekend of fun in Las Vegas.

Chris Fargis and Mike Hyland of Brooklyn, New York just entered both main events tonight and will be drafting on Saturday, Aug. 30th in New York. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck to all of you in the hunt for the pair of $100,000 grand prizes, the $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.

We're up to 84 teams in both events now as Chris Slack of Peoria, Illinois has agreed to grab a spot in the NFFC Classic main event again. Welcome aboard for both events Chris & Friends.

Let's add another team to the mix of those going for both $100,000 grand prizes and the $5,000 league prize as Ream & Val Lazaro of Scottsdale, Arizona will be drafting twice on Saturday, Aug. 30th with us at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Ream & Val were already signed up for the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main event, but they've now added the NFFC Classic main event to their weekend of fun as well. Sam Mandarino of Lisle Illinois was one of our earliest signups for the NFFC Classic main event, but he was intrigued by the 12-team format and this week he decided to jump into both main events and go for the two $100,000 grand prizes and the $1 million bonus. Good choice Sam. That now gives us 86 teams that are competing in both events and the shot at our $1 million bonus. Sweeeeeeeeet.

We're getting closer and closer to the century mark for double participants as Ken St. George of Cortland Manor, New York becomes our newest NFFC member to sign up for the ultimate fantasy football draft day doubleheader on Saturday, Aug. 30th. Kenny was interested in the doubleheader from the day we announced it and we're glad to have him on board for a shot at the $1 million bonus. Thanks Kenny and good luck in both main events.

One of the very best in the NFBC and NFFC over the last five years is coming back for both main events this year in Las Vegas. Welcome back Philip McDonald of Huntsville, Alabama as he will be doing the ultimate fantasy football draft day doubleheader with us at the Flamingo Las Vegas on Saturday, Aug. 30th, along with a doubleheader on Friday as well.
