Who Is Competing In Both Main Events?

Now we're up to 90 NFFC owners who are doing the ultimate fantasy football doubleheader with us on Saturday, Aug. 30th. David Zwickel and his brother Gregg have been original NFFC members since 2004 and David has been with the NFBC since Year One as well. Both will be back with us in New York on Saturday, Aug. 30th for both main events and the shot at the $1 million bonus. This is going to be fun and the prize for the top total points is going to be a tough one against some very, very tough owners. Thanks David and Gregg and good luck with this one.

We're glad to welcome another top name to the list of NFFC owners who are competing in both main events this year as Robert Zarzycki of Hewitt, New Jersey just added the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime event to his weekend of fun in Las Vegas. Robert is considered one of the top fantasy players in the industry as he's been a top finisher in the WCOFF since its inception in 2002 and last year he won his first league title in the NFFC and competed in the Championship Round. Welcome aboard Robert and good luck as this list is getting more and more impressive by the day.

Brent Grooms of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin becomes our 92nd owner to compete in both main events as he will be doing the ultimate fantasy football draft day doubleheader in Chicago. Man, this is going to be some tough competition for this total points title. Welcome aboard Brent and good luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes and the $1 million bonus.

Bill Ezzell is already in both NFFC main events and today we're happy to report that he's talked his brother Don Ezzell of North Richland Hills, Texas to do both main events as well. Don becomes our 93rd owner to compete in both events for the $1 million bonus as he will be joining yours truly at the Flamingo Las Vegas over Labor Day weekend. Welcome aboard Don and best of luck in the hunt for the two $100,000 grand prizes, two $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.

It's good to welcome John Hogan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to our football events as John became our 94th owner to sign up for the ultimate fantasy football draft day doubleheader on Saturday, Aug. 30th. John has been an original member of the NFBC since 2004, but he's only dabbled in our football satellite leagues recently. But he likes the idea of the $1 million bonus and jumped into both main events this year. We're glad to have you here John and best of luck this football season.

I do want to add one thing tonight before cocktail hour: This is pretty damn amazing that 94 owners have already signed up for both main events. Kudos to ALL of you die-hard fantasy players as you guys are making this format work. The $1 million bonus is FANTASTIC and is being accepted by lots of folks, but it's obvious you all are loving the idea of two drafts on the same day and the best competition around. Thanks all.

We're now at 95 owners for both main events as Ira Kerker of Boca Raton, Florida is returning to Orlando for both NFFC main events. We've had GREAT response from our NFFC owners for this format and we wish Ira best of luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes and the $1 million bonus. Wow, this is going to be a great doubleheader of drafting.

Wow, we're nearing 100 teams that are in both main events as we've added two more teams today. Let's give it up for Marc Meltzer of Jupiter, Florida, as he just added the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main event in Orlando with us today. Marc writes for www.creativesports.com and is a veteran player in the NFFC and NFBC events. Welcome aboard Marc.

We're glad to also add Mike Ferre and Daryl Lechniak of Peoria, Illinois to both main events as they will be drafting in Chicago on Saturday, Aug. 30th. Mike and Daryl are Draft Champions wizards and they are likely going to enter both DC live events on Friday, Aug. 29th, but we're glad to have them in both main events as well. Welcome aboard guys and best of luck to all in the hunt for the $1 million bonus.

just curious, how many dual entries did the insurance company estimate for the $1,000,000 bonus?
