Who Is Competing In Both Main Events?

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Sat Aug 09, 2008 12:32 pm

Okay, we now have 120 owners signed up for both NBC Sports NFFC main events as we welcome another NFFC veteran tag team to the second half of the Saturday, Aug. 30th doubleheader. Jack Haan of Palos Heights, Illinois and his partner John Pausma just couldn't resist the Pete Rose autographed baseball or the NBC Sports Sunday Night Football polo shirt and will split the prizes after grabbing a spot in the NBC Sports Primetime main event in Chicago. Jack was already signed up for the NFFC Classic in Chicago and we're glad he decided to convince Mr. Pausma to do both ends of the doubleheader. :D Welcome aboard guys and best of luck in the hunt for the pair of $100,000 grand prizes, both $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.

Joseph has been a longtime NFFC member who already was signed up for the NFFC Classic main event and now he's going for both $100,000 grand prizes. Thanks Joe and best of luck in the chase for the $1 million bonus.

Wow, we're now up to 124 teams doing both ends of the NBC Sports NFFC main event as we welcome three more teams to the ultimate fantasy football doubleheader on Saturday, Aug. 30th. Here's the additions to the guest list for this $1 million bonanza:

John Asfar of Red Bank, New Jersey was already signed up for the NFFC Classic in New York and today he added the NBC Sports NFFC Primetime main event at the New York Sheraton. Great job John and welcome aboard.

Jason Beauch of Wyoming, Michigan is back for his third straight season with the NFFC and today he decided to jump into both ends of the main event doubleheader in Chicago. Great choice Jason and good luck in the Windy City.

And on Sunday night Stephen Jupinka of Waldwick, New Jersey grabbed spots in both NBC Sports NFFC main events in New York. Steve is leading the chase for the $100,000 right now in the National Fantasy Baseball Championship with seven weeks of games left. We wish Steve best of luck there and we're glad he found the time to think about football for this fall.

Welcome aboard guys and best of luck to each of you in the hunt for the pair of $100,000 grand prizes, $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.

Wow, we're now at 131 teams doing both NBC Sports NFFC main events, which is just AMAZING!! Great job all.

Here's four more teams for the list today:

Terrance Mailloux of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada is giving up something special to join us for the first half of the NBC Sports NFFC main event as he was already in the 12-team Primetime main event and now he's doing the 14-team Classic for a shot at the $1 million bonus.

Hank Cantrell of Raleigh, North Carolina is an NFFC Charter Member who is adding the second half of the main event doubleheader for a shot at the $1 million bonus. He will be on the phone, as will T.J.

David and Ryan Fisher of Smithtown, New York and Miami, Florida, respectively, will be joining me in Las Vegas for both main events as they added the Primetime main event today. Man, I sure hope that Fisher Party isn't TOO WILD on Friday night as we have to concentrate for a long time on Saturday gentlemen!!! :D Welcome aboard.

Craig Kielinski of Exton, Pennsylvania is another NFFC veteran who was already signed up for the NFFC Classic main event in New York and he now is joining us for the 12-team format. I knew he wanted to do both ends of the doubleheader last week and I'm glad he was able to clear his work schedule to make this happen.

And Austin Tanner of Westchester, Illinois learned about the NFFC from Rotoworld.com, did his research with several phone calls to yours truly and finally jumped in today for both ends of the main event in Chicago. Great job Austin and I promise you're going to have a blast in this event.

Welcome to all of you and best of luck in the hunt for both $100,000 grand prizes, both $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.

Wow, we added three more teams to the list for the NBC Sports NFFC main event doubleheader this afternoon, bringing our total to 137 teams for this. This is a fantastic number and I thank all of those who are in for both ends of the big dance. Let's introduce the latest signups:

Mark Griffith of Powhatan, Virginia is an NFFC Charter Member who was an early-bird signup for the NFFC Classic and today he added the second end of the ultimate fantasy football doubleheader in New York. Thanks Mark.

Tom Greutman of Lima, New York also was an early signup for the NFFC Classic in New York and today he also added the second leg of the Saturday, Aug. 30th doubleheader. Awesome Tom as you and Dave are in for both doubleheaders.

And William Sucher of Delray Beach, Florida joined the NFFC last year and was glad to see that we added a 12-team main event this year and the $1 million bonus. He grabbed a spot in both main events this year in Las Vegas. Now how good is that?? :D

Thanks all and best of luck in the hunt for the pair of $100,000 grand prizes, both $5,000 league prizes and the $1 million bonus.
