GK "Upset" Special Picks

I admit it, I tried the GK picks. After an 0-3 week 1 and a 1-2 week 2 I now am an "Upset" 1-5.

I'll admit I was very impressed by Snake's run of Upset specials on this board.

Still, it's always different picking teams when money's on the line. I guess Snake's no different.

We've probably all had our hot streaks against the spread. I know I end up giving it all back.

I gave up betting on games a couple years ago and I'm glad. Makes for only the "stress" of watching games from a fantasy perspective instead of twice as much yelling and swearing at the TV!

It's just hard to be consistent picking winners. I haven't been this year and that's why GK's winning streak looked so good. These games are often decided in the last few minutes and it can be a coin toss. Today I had the Steelers -3 as one of my losses. Big Ben ran in a TD but fumbled and it was called back. Steelers kicked a FG and while they won the game, they no longer covered.

I stated earlier that he was simply trying to take advantage of a hot run. I thought it was wrong to solicit business on this board. I asked him to stop. Paying for picks is just plain silly.

So for Glenn's "best picks" last week he went 0-3?

Did he even do it this week, or has the "business" shut down?

dont blame snake. if anybody wants lotto numbers please pm me and for the right percentage i will give them to you.

its a tough game and im sure snake was just having fun.
