Tom,

Unless you pull off some free agent majic, I think your goose is cooked. How about posting some of the free agents available and let this string help you out with some shocking pick-ups and start decisions. I know the league would love to help you shock the world and beat the C*** Sucker Greg.

Here I am, working my butt off on a fantasy baseball magazine that goes to press in a few days, ranking the lowest relief pitchers in baseball -- and man are they low -- and I wander over here to find a thread of Tom vs. Greg in the Super Bowl. Yeah, I'm pumped about whipping Tom's butt in a title game as I haven't had that pleasure yet. He beat John Hansen 130-129 in the semi-finals to reach the title game, while I demolished Scott Engel of ESPN.com, so I doubt he has it in him to win again. I'm ready for him.

Start the victory parade down County J in Iola as my team is ready to bring home the title. 'Nough said!

Is this like a "Rural Route"?I would say VERY rural, UFS. By the way, Greg and Tom, your thoughts on FA during the playoffs. With all of the injuries crippling some teams to where they can't field a full lineup, is this something we could see in the NFFC events?

Sorry Tom.
Greg all the way!
My co-owner Kyle "Skipman" Pope can stir the pot with the best of them. However, he sometimes misses the big picture.
I sure hope Brady and Rudi carry Greg and Lumpys Losers to the Ultimate title!!!!

You should come out and see the mansion. Now would be a good time with eight fresh inches of snow on the ground and sub-zero temperatures for the last 10 nights! ;)

Man, Vegas 2006 can't come fast enough for me.

[/QB][/QUOTE]No. I don't see how we could administer playoff free agent pickups. The idea to increase rosters from 18 to 19 during the week 13 FAAB makes sense as you'd be allowed to pick up one extra free agent without cutting a player, but even that needs some work.

It's certainly a subject worth exploring.

Derek "Lumpy" Anderson How did you make the Championship Game in the Ultimate League losing Deuce McAllister for most of the season? Pretty amazing. When I get that online content site going, you're going to be my first football columnist! ;)
