The combination of our worst season ever, and most money invested, go figure...and threads like this involving the two worst members of the MB have kept me away from chatting. There are a lot of people I respect in this contest and really only two I don't and it is not a lack of respect for their successes or non-successes. It all centers around their typing skills and their lack of people skills. Best of luck to those vying for the 1 million and seeing as we won't be in it for 100,000 either, best of luck their as well. Time for baseball prep to begin....

How about taking this inappropriate thread and moving it into the Non-football related topics where it belongs?

I have no problem discussing this if it would stop ruining actual fantasy football related topics. Like the 9 players left thread that got wrongfully derailed.

Jules - Shouldn't you take the offensive term "Pimpin'" out of our team names if you are going to be easily offended by plays on words?

David Letterman teased about the Gay pride parade last night. That American broadcast TV dawg. Now I'm a bad person because I giggled?

If you and Maya don't like George Carlin and his bad words, don't listen to him. Don't buy his albums.
If you are going to try to ban him from TV and radio because of them, I have to say you are both very misguided.

Maya doesn't tell me what to laugh at and I don't tell her how to live her life.
We get along fine.

If you can't watch the comedy channel, or you boycott CBS this weekend, I have no problem with that.
If you try to censor it or take it from the people that do enjoy it, or people that are not easily offended, you become the enemy of free speech.

If you want to shut down CBS (this assumes you aren't just on a snake/witch hunt) because of a gay parade joke, at least take it to the non-football related forum.

Every thread winds up the same anyways...

And since when is a privately owned MB subject to free speech? They could post any rules they like, but we have what we have because they won't.

Jules wasn't posting a social comparison here, she was posting a way to react to unpleasant situations. Many thanks Jules.

And since Glenn pulled a "your mom' on me awhile ago, I'd like to fire back now....all in good fun as he would say.... oh wait... I might be banned!!!

I will digress though....

Whether or not the comments in this thread have merit this discussion cannot help the NFFC. There have always been inappropriate remarks on this board among a minority of posters. Complaints and concerns of this type should be directed to management through non public channels to be dealt with in the appropriate manner. If you care about the future of the NFFC you will encourage Greg to delete this thread and handle this privately with the injured and the abusers. To continue this here would be selfish.
