I read the MB often, but only post occasionally. I've watched the Snake soap opera recently and thought I'd chime in. I've always taken Snake with a grain of salt, but I can understand why others feel differently. I think it is always good to have a villian and Snake fills that role in my opinion. I do think it is in order for Snake to stop attacking people personally if they don't want to be in on the joke. For me personally, he could call me anything he wanted... as long as it was clever, I'd just laugh my ass off. But there are certainly some folks who don't wish to be nicknamed and he should respect that.

With all that being said, I think that Snake is a pretty smart guy who has an interesting take on a variety of subjects, not just fantasy football. That is a good thing.

Snake... you just have to sit back and realize that your message is being lost in the delivery. Just chill out for a while and show that you can offer your insight (which is pretty good a lot of times) without pressing people who don't want to be a part of the joke. Your credibility may be zero at this point, but all you can do is just take it one day at a time and eventually it will get better.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me and I understand that because I don't scrutinize every post like the Zapruder film. It just seems to me that dedicating more and more threads to Snake's behavior only encourages him. If you don't like what he is saying, just ignore it.

I love diversity Glenn, I'm all for it. I am just not for people who are disrespectful, and that has been the ESSENCE of your little character for the last 5 years. Disrespect is not a matter of taste, it is universal.

You have posted like a reasonable person for about the last 24 hours, I assume you're high on having a good season. But I have heard your promises before, only for you to return to your prior ways time and time again. I am not prone to believeing a con. Like a drug addict hiding behind his addiction, this persona gives you your "out" to be disrespectful ... lest you bury the act, it is my opinion that you will slip into old habits before long.

I'm not a big fan of the whole Snake persona garbage I must admit, but it is way out of line for Jules or anyone else to judge someone here , lest she or they be judged. You come off sounding pretentious and cliche. Informing Greg/Tom privately of things regarding the boards is fine, but playing the race and bigot cards for public consumption is not appropriate IMO.
