Makes ya wonder.
There is a guy in my on line league. He is in 9th place, with no change of making the playoffs. He hasn't made a waiver move since 10/28. He has over 800 FA dollars. Seems like an absentee owner, right? Tonight he shows up and spends all but a couple of dollars and lands Kevin Smith? I guess if dead people can vote, absentee owners can suddenly take a senseless interest in their team.

Nothing worse except participating in a slow draft where a player max's out the 10 hour time limit round after round in the 20-30 rounds. Can you imagine that? The guy should be blackballed.
Glass houses..... All I'm saying....

And, the same player left Wayne, Vinateri, and Pitt D in his starting line up wk 11 even though they were on byes. What consolation round?
And go to the league board for my explanation of maxing out on the time, as allowed by LEAGUE RULES. Anyway, even more questions are raised there. But silly me for questioning. Must be paranoid or something.

And by the way, money, I was about the fastest selector in the slow draft before I had to slow down in the hope that Kasey would become available to me. Am I supposed to not act in my self interest to relieve your impatience?

Must be paranoid or something. First off, Happy Thanksgiving to all. I'll respond to this as my Thanksgiving has been ruined by the pathetic performance by my Lions.
1. The spirit of the 10 hour rule is to allow sleep and a break during the work week. You have played outside the spirit of the rule.
2. If everyone participated in the same manner over the last 10 rounds it would take over 8 weeks to complete. Most enter the slow drafts anticipating a two week process. Impossible in your drafts.
3. I believe it is the NFFC's intention to grow this format. I entered three but will only join those next year that I feel comfortable with the players. Anyone who participated in that draft last year will avoid your moniker in their leagues at all costs. I'd rather pass on the slow drafts than do endure that crap all over again.
To draft near the end and utilize twenty hours for two picks is not in the spirit of the rules that you so much want to stand behind. I'm not the only one who was disgusted by your approach, go ahead and poll the league. It's unanimous. Possibly next year a list is made of those think the same way you do and you can compete with them.
Good luck to you the rest of the way.
